Retailers were among the winners at the 2026 Customer Service Awards, hosted by Island FM and sponsored by The Carpet Doctor.
After being shortlisted by a panel of judges, the winners were announced at an awards ceremony at the OGH.
The Guernsey Retail Group was delighted to see that a number of retailers were among the winners – confirming that good customer service is the key to success for the retail sector.
