Nominations are now open in Island FM’s Customer Service Awards.
The 2026 awards, sponsored by The Carpet Doctor, will be presented in October.
There is a specific Retail category as well as categories for ‘Rising Star’, ‘Accessibility’, ‘Outstanding Individual Contribution’, ‘Outstanding Team Contribution’, ‘Most Improved Business’, and ‘Leadership in Customer Service’ along with others.
This provides multiple opportunities for retailers to shine.
