We have been notified by Guernsey Electricity of the following roadworks that are effective from tomorrow:

“Due to a high voltage fault, lane reductions will be in place on The Bridge from Saturday 18 October for approximately one week to allow emergency repair works.

Northbound traffic will be diverted along the Shopping area, The southbound traffic will travel in the opposite lane to normal along the Bridge main road which will be one way traffic. Because of the increased traffic flow and the larger vehicles using the area there will be an amount of parking removed to improve safety.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.”
